HIIT CLASSES

 

HIIT is short for High Intensity Interval Training. It’s a fancy acronym for a training system that is designed to get you fit – fast.

SWEAT & STRECH

Sweat and stretch is for those of you who want to increase flexibility, and get a sweat on in the process. Suitable for all fitness levels!

Tuesday and Thursday  5:45pm

TECHNIQUE LESSONS

Plateaued in your climbing?

Don’t know how to move up to that next color of climb? Technique classes are the answer.  Suitable for beginners and intermediate climbers, and able to be catered for whatever you hope to achieve your goals – be they bouldering, route climbing, or even outdoor climbs.

AERIAL SILKS CLASSES

A new addition to Rocksports is our aerial silks classes. A mix of gymnastics and dancing, silks are a brilliant way to get stronger and learn the basics of this unique sport.

JUNIORS PROGRAM

Our juniors program is back! With out 5-10, and 11-17 year old age brackets, your young one will be taken through a term of climbing instruction, and fun activities.

OUTDOOR ADVENTURES

As of October 2015, we’re currently taking expressions of interest for guided outdoor climbing trips to commence in 2016.
